The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has officially released the detailed schedule and important instructions for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) Computer Based Test (CBT) 2025. The examination will be conducted from 22 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 across multiple shifts for various Group posts.
AIIMS CRE-4 CBT Exam Dates & Shift Timings
The CBT examination will be conducted in Morning and Evening shifts as per the schedule below:
CBT Shift Timings
Morning Shift: 09:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Evening Shift: 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM

Morning Shift: Group Codes – 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 18, 19, 23, 25, 26, 30, 31, 34, 36, 38, 42, 45, 47, 52
Evening Shift: Group Codes – 5, 12, 13, 15, 17, 21, 24, 32, 40, 46, 48, 49
23 December 2025 (Tuesday)
Morning Shift: Group Codes – 2, 8, 11, 28, 35, 50
Evening Shift: Group Codes – 16, 20, 22, 27
24 December 2025 (Wednesday)
- Morning Shift: Group Codes – 1, 29, 33, 37, 39, 41, 43, 44, 51
- Evening Shift: Group Code – 14
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Separate Question Papers: Each group will have a separate question paper. A maximum of two group exams may be conducted in one shift.
- Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one group may need to appear in multiple shifts across different days.
- Separate Admit Cards: A separate admit card will be issued for each shift. Candidates must bring the correct admit card for that shift.
- Exam Centre Allocation: Efforts have been made to allot the same exam centre for multiple papers, but in some cases centres may differ within the same state.
- No Changes Allowed: Requests for change in date, shift, or exam centre will not be entertained.
- Provisional Admit Card: Admit cards are issued provisionally without eligibility scrutiny. Any discrepancy may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Unfair Means: Any false information (category, PWBD status, qualification, etc.) will be treated as malpractice.
Biometric Verification Process
Aadhaar Enabled Candidates: Entry allowed after Aadhaar authentication.
Non-Aadhaar Candidates: Must bring original ID proof (preferably Aadhaar); biometric verification will be done at the centre.
⚠️ Note: Entry will be strictly denied without original ID proof and admit card for the same shift.
