- Read the Prospectus & General Instructions carefully and then start the process of
“New Registration”. - Please read the user manual available on the website/portal before filling the application
form (available on http://admission.mdu.ac.in) - Pre-requisites for applying online:
i. Prospectus 2021-22 (http://mdu.ac.in -> Admissions -> Prospectus)
ii. E-mail id of the candidate (e.g.xyz@gmail.com)
iii. Scanned copy of Photograph, Signature ensuring that all required scanned images
should be in .jpeg format with below specification:
a) File Size of thephoto image must be between 50KB and 200 KB
b) File Size of the signature image must be between 10KB and 100 KB
c) File Size of Left Thumb Impression must be between 20KB and 200 KB
iv. Mobile Number and e-mail id of the candidate.
v. Pin Code with the details of Permanent & Correspondence Address.
vi. Scanned Copy of any one Identity Proof (Voter ID/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving
License), Educational Qualifications & Weightage related details/documents (like
Matriculation, Senior Secondary Examination, and Qualifying Examination etc.)
The candidate must upload all required scanned images/scanned copies only
in .jpeg format (size between 50 KB and 200KB). The scanned copy should
be of original document and not of the Photocopy and must be readable.
After uploading of documents candidate must click on view button and ensure
that correct document are uploaded as required in the prospectus.
NOTE:
● Once the payment for a program is confirmed, no changes in Program,
Reservation Category, Applicant Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Mobile
number, e-mail id, Photo and Signature etc. will be allowed. Therefore, before
payment and clicking on the “NEXT/SAVE” button, the details should be checked
and confirmed by the candidate.
● The candidate must select carefully the program appliedfor which he/she is eligible. - No change of Program shall be allowed after fee payment.
Admission criteria & Entrance exams :-
At MDU rohtak, every year admissions are done on the basis of merit of marks gained in respective course entrance exam. But last session 2021-22 , the admissions was done through 10+2 marks merit due to covid 19 situations.
Most probably this year (session 2022-23 admissions to various ug, pg programs at MDU rohtak will be done through entrance exam only.
