After 1st, 2nd and Open round seat allocation for B.SC. (HONS.) PARAMEDICAL-2021, Nineteen (19) seats are
remaining vacant. Therefore, Competent Authority has decided to conduct a Special Stray Vacancy Round
for the Vacant (19) seats for B.Sc. (Hons.) Paramedical & (10) seats B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing session-2021 as online mode.

Steps of Counseling process :-
- Candidates are required to login to their candidate dashboard and Special Stray Vacancy Round of
seat allocation. - The link for the portal will be activated for eligible candidates on “MyPage” accessible by logging in
using the credentials that have been used for filling Final Registration form and other processes
related to AIIMS B.Sc. Paramedical courses Entrance Examination for session-2021 in
www.aiimsexams.ac.in. - On clicking the link, the eligible candidates will be directed to online B.Sc. Paramedical courses Seat
allocation portal where the candidates will have to submit their willingness to participate in Special
Stray Vacancy Round. - No Fresh Registration will be allowed for special Stary vacancy round however Candidate may upload
their updated Documents i.e. Category Certificate , seat surrender letter etc. - Candidates who have been allocated any seat in open round are not eligible to participate irrespective
of status of joining
Process of Online Seat Allocation
• Candidate must enter willingness to Participation.
• No Fresh Registration will take place in Special Stray Vacancy Round. All Pre-registered candidates for
OPEN round who are not holding any seat are eligible to participate.
• On the basis of choices already exercised by the candidate the Result of Special Stray Vacancy
round seat allocation will be declared.
• The candidates will be mandatorily required to accept the allocated seat in Special Stray
vacancy round of online seat allocation and report to deposit Original Documents and join the
allotted AIIMS on dates as specified above.
• Candidates who fails to report/join the allotted AIIMS will be liable to fill penalty of Rs. 5000/-
(Five Thousand) and security deposit of these candidate will not be refunded.
Documents Required at time of Reporting :-
The candidate who were allotted a seat will be required to produce following Original
Certificates :
- Admit Card issued by AIIMS
- Open round Registration Slip
- Offer Letter
- Seat allocation letter
- Certificate from the Board showing her date of birth. (10th Passing Certificate)Certificate in proof of passing the 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate .
Examination/Intermediate Science or any equivalent examination from a recognized
Board.
– Mark-sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. 12th class under 10+2 scheme/Intermediate
Science or any equivalent examination Certificate in proof of having secured 50% or more
marks (45% in case of SC/ST) in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry &
either Biology or mathematics).
– Migration Certificate
– The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable :
SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate* (issued by the Competent Authority and should be in English
or Hindi in language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC/EWS
certificate should be same as uploaded at the time of Open round Registration, AIIMS, - New Delhi within due dates.
